We currently have a few roles for our next project, Sunnyside which is located in Ballarat this November.

Sunnyside is a bold new art experience transforming Ballarat with colour and creativity. It is an original production created and produced by The Social Crew. Featuring multi-sensory installations by UK artist Morag Myerscough, workshops, talks and wanderings, it’s a joyful celebration of connection, imagination and artistic expression.

  • We’re on the lookout for hands-on, reliable Event Crew to join our team for upcoming event build.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Assisting with event site builds and pack-downs

    • Setting up and dismantling installations, staging, signage, and furniture

    • Operating basic tools and equipment

    • Supporting crew leads and working as part of a team to deliver high-quality experience set up

    • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

    We’re Looking For:

    • A great attitude and willingness to get stuck in

    • Punctuality and reliability are a must

    • White Card (highly regarded)

    • Experience with hand and power tools is a bonus

    • Previous event or site labour experience

    • Ability to lift and move equipment safely

    Location | Ballarat CBD and within a Heritage Venue

    Work Period | Scheduled days between Monday 27 October to Wednesday 5 November 2025.

    Freelance day rate offered based on experience.
